NOW THAT YOU HAVE READ BOTH STEPS - Download candidate selection PDF form by clicking on it.  download/save this file to a location on your computer.   This form is used to compare every candidate to one another.  Therefore it is imperative you prepare an accurate, complete and well thought out bio for your candidate enabling his or her best chances to be selected for consideration.

Once your form is complete with all question fields answered and you have required photos, attach all to an email and forward to ecshofnominate@yahoo.com.

YOUR INITIALLY COMPLETED  SUBMITTED FORM WITH REQUIRED INFORMATION AND PHOTOGRAPHS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ECSHOF BEFORE MIDNIGHT MARCH 31ST, 2021!

You will receive a confirmation email within 3-4 days from the ECSHOF Board of Directors acknowledging receipt of your candidate’s submission form and its current acceptance status. Incomplete forms will be returned and not accepted. If your submission form is deemed to be incomplete you will be asked to return your form no later than midnight April 7th 2021 with all required information needed to complete your Bio submission.  Submitting a candidate form  does not guarantee your candidate will be selected only that your candidate will be considered along with all other  eligible candidates.
